Return locations are either the AV Media Center or the two collection points mentioned above.

For the schools of the city of Neustadt

Teachers and students order online in our rental program inMis by Wednesday of a week at the latest (be sure to click on the “transport service” button).

The ordered media can then be picked up by your caretaker on Thursday afternoon or Friday from the city administration (office) with the rest of the mail. They are packed in media cases. This contains a loan slip with the name of the borrower.

The media will be available to teachers/students from Monday of the following week at the earliest. They should be issued in your office.

Return locations are either the secretariat or the media center directly.

The school's office does not have to check the returned media; the school's caretaker simply has to pass them on to the town of Neustadt. The workload for the school is therefore very minimal.
